What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in operational due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. You will work closely with client management to prepare financial reports and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with SEC standards. Your role will involve conducting interviews with clients to gather essential information and identify key issues that may impact their financial operations.
You will participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, contributing your insights and expertise to drive project success. Your responsibilities will also include researching new ASC accounting standards and documenting findings to support clients in their accounting projects. You will have the opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency for your clients.
