You have experience in consulting, particularly in accounting advisory, and are comfortable working with clients to analyze financial information and identify key issues. You thrive in a client-facing role and enjoy building strong relationships with client management. You are proactive in taking ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that you deliver impactful results. You appreciate the flexibility of working in various environments, whether in the office, remotely, or on-site with clients. You are eager to learn and grow in a collegial environment alongside top-tier experts in the field.
What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in operational due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. You will focus on accounting projects that involve carving out business units or subsidiaries, integrating with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, such as 10K’s, 10Q’s, and S-1 filings. You will also conduct research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards, as well as process improvement initiatives. Your role will require you to participate actively in meetings and report writing, ensuring that you communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
