Job Description

You have experience in consulting, particularly in accounting advisory, and are comfortable working with clients and teams to analyze financial information and identify key issues. You thrive in a client-facing role and enjoy building strong relationships with client management. You are proactive in taking ownership of your projects and are eager to learn from top-tier experts in a collegial environment. You appreciate the flexibility of working in various locations, whether in the office, remotely, or on-site with clients.
What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in operational due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. You will be involved in accounting projects that focus on carving out business units and subsidiaries, integrating with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, such as 10K and 10Q filings, and coordinating audits. You will also conduct research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards and lead process improvement initiatives.
