With certifications such as CISA or CIA, you have a solid understanding of IT General Controls and frameworks like SOX, COSO, and SOC. Your analytical and critical thinking abilities enable you to identify areas for improvement and add value to client engagements. You possess strong project management skills and are comfortable leading teams and interacting with senior management.

You have a proven track record of developing and managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while also driving engagement economics. Your entrepreneurial nature and self-motivation make you a dependable leader who can inspire teams to achieve their best work. You are ethical and committed to continual improvement, both for yourself and your team.

Desirable

Experience with ISO 27001, NIST standards, and HIPAA compliance is a plus. Familiarity with business process improvement projects will enhance your ability to deliver comprehensive assessments. What you'll do

As a Managing Director at CFGI, you will lead project teams in various IT Risk engagements, including IT Internal Audit and SOX implementation. You will be responsible for reviewing IT controls testing, approving engagement scopes, and preparing reports for Audit Committee meetings. Your role will involve significant interaction with clients and their external auditors, ensuring that all aspects of engagements are executed effectively.

You will identify areas for improvement within client organizations and develop tailored recommendations that add value. Your leadership will guide teams through complex assessments, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will also play a key role in business development, working to expand relationships with both new and existing clients.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will have internal duties related to staff development and training. You will contribute to the continual improvement of the Risk Advisory team, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.
