What you'll do
As a Deployment Specialist at ChargePoint, you will play a crucial role in the activation and configuration of our networked charging stations. You will work directly with new and returning station owners, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting any issues that arise during activation and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
