Solutions Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have 2–5 years of experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration — you've successfully managed integration projects from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement. Your hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases allows you to troubleshoot and maintain integrations effectively.

You are familiar with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar — this experience enables you to leverage technology to optimize processes and enhance customer success. Basic programming knowledge, particularly in JavaScript, is part of your skill set, allowing you to contribute to the technical aspects of integration projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools. You will own integration projects end-to-end, ensuring reliability and performance while collaborating closely with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insights. Your ability to partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams will be crucial in sharing best practices and contributing to scaling integration delivery globally.

You will troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively, continuously evolving the platform based on real-world customer insights. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the integrations align with their core business systems.
