You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant technology sector. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is key to your success. You are driven by results and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with restaurant owners and decision-makers. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning about the competitive landscape and positioning Chowbus’ offerings effectively. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and understand the unique challenges faced by culturally rooted food entrepreneurs.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry or with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Familiarity with the Asian restaurant market will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and preferences. A background in technology sales or business development will also be beneficial. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting techniques and have a knack for conducting effective product demonstrations.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Chowbus, you will be responsible for bringing our POS system to local and regional restaurants. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. You will engage in regular outbound prospecting through cold visits, calls, emails, and marketing campaigns to identify and qualify prospects that align with Chowbus’ offerings. Conducting product demonstrations will be a key part of your role, as you will need to showcase how our technology can meet the unique needs of each restaurant. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with your target audience and drive engagement. Achieving assigned KPIs and sales goals will be essential, and you will be expected to report on your progress regularly. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, helping them to integrate our technology into their operations effectively.
