You are passionate about AI and its transformative impact on software delivery — you understand how to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity and drive project success. Your ability to act as a mentor and force multiplier for local Project and Delivery Managers showcases your leadership skills and commitment to team development.
You possess strong operational management skills, having managed office-related costs and operational budgets to maximize efficiency — your experience in compliance and regulatory matters ensures that your teams operate within legal frameworks while achieving business objectives. You are adept at liaising with various stakeholders, including HR, to oversee the full talent lifecycle, from aggressive hiring to long-term retention strategies.
Your strategic mindset enables you to act as the primary bridge between local talent and global business units — you thrive in environments that require collaboration across different regions and cultures, ensuring that the Philippines Delivery Centre aligns with CI&T's global goals.

What you'll do
In your role as Operations Manager, you will be the strategic heartbeat of CI&T's Philippines Delivery Centre — you will ensure that the center operates as a world-class engine of innovation while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance. You will mentor local Project and Delivery Managers, helping them to champion Agile methodologies and lean practices across all squads.
You will drive the AI Adoption Roadmap, embedding AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and project outcomes — your leadership will be crucial in fostering an AI-first culture within the organization. You will also provide occasional pre-sales support and coordinate with overseas Sales teams to help secure new opportunities, ensuring that the delivery center is positioned as a key player in CI&T's global strategy.
As part of your operational management responsibilities, you will assume full accountability for the physical and cultural environment of the Philippines Delivery Centre — managing office-related costs and operational budgets will be essential to ensure maximum efficiency. You will act as the local liaison for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, with the authority to sign key agreements that impact the center's operations.
Partnering with HR, you will oversee the full talent lifecycle, from aggressive hiring SLAs to long-term retention strategies — fostering a positive workplace culture will be a priority as you work to attract and retain top talent in the region. Your strategic vision will help shape the future of CI&T's operations in the Philippines, backed by a global network of experts and innovation leaders.
