You have a strong background in finance operations, particularly in accounts payable and receivable. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate financial records and can efficiently process invoices and vendor payments. Your attention to detail ensures that all financial documentation is in order for audits and compliance. You are also comfortable coordinating with external accountants and payroll providers to support payroll preparation and verification.

In addition to your finance expertise, you possess excellent organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively. You are proactive in reviewing and approving employee expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies while flagging any discrepancies. Your ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with various stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any team.

What you'll do

As the Operations Lead at Rundoo, you will oversee key finance tasks, including processing and tracking invoices, bills, and vendor payments. You will maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances. Your role will also involve reviewing and approving employee expenses, preparing monthly summaries for leadership, and enforcing expense policies.

You will assist with payroll preparation and verification, maintaining financial documentation for audits and compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate with external accountants and payroll providers as needed. While finance tasks will be your primary focus, you may also support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate availability with the internal team.
