You have a proven history of innovating Cloud and AI solutions to achieve customersβ business objectives and drive account growth. With extensive experience in technology strategy, you understand the customersβ business objectives and technology landscape, allowing you to build and maintain their technology architecture and AI adoption roadmap. You excel in managing technology relationships and orchestrating roles within extended account teams and relevant partners.
You are a critical thinker who can navigate complex technology environments and communicate effectively with technology executives. Your ability to partner with large, multi-functional teams across the Microsoft product portfolio enables you to deliver industry-relevant solutions that help customers adopt and embrace digital technologies. You are passionate about becoming a technology mentor for your customers, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Cloud and AI technology strategy for the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives. You will document and maintain technology architectures and AI adoption roadmaps, using these tools to communicate effectively with your extended account team. Your responsibilities will include growing and managing technology relationships, orchestrating technology roles within your team, and collaborating with Microsoft partners to deliver impactful solutions.
You will work closely with customers to understand their digital strategies and technology landscapes, helping them achieve their desired business outcomes. By leveraging your expertise, you will drive the adoption of innovative Cloud and AI solutions, ensuring that customers are equipped to thrive in the Agentic era. Your role will also involve mentoring technology executives within your customer base, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
