Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field. You possess HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) as a bonus. You thrive in a fast-moving, startup or venture-backed environment, demonstrating adaptability as you pivot quickly and juggle multiple priorities while staying calm in ambiguity. You are a natural leader who takes initiative, finding areas of need and leading with purpose and influence. You have strong interpersonal skills, making people feel comfortable talking to you, and you are committed to building trust-based partnerships with executives and founders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and operations for HR and Talent Acquisition across Cie and its portfolio companies. You will lead full cycle recruiting and onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one. You will gather employee feedback to continuously evolve the employee experience, focusing on engagement and retention. Additionally, you will design and implement scalable programs that support growth, with a strong emphasis on execution and adoption. Your influence will be critical in shaping the culture of our portfolio companies, and you will play a key role in their development and success.
