Who you are
You are a hands-on, builder-minded People Business Partner who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You have a passion for developing confident and capable people managers, and you enjoy the challenge of creating practical manager trainings that work in real-time situations. You understand the importance of performance and accountability and are eager to strengthen these aspects within teams. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and coaching first-time managers, helping them navigate their challenges effectively. You are not looking for a perfect playbook; instead, you are excited about the opportunity to help create one from scratch. Your experience in building scalable people practices will be invaluable as you take on this founding role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization, providing coaching and support to managers as they face real-time people challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that empower managers to lead high-performing teams.
