You have over 7 years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner, demonstrating your ability to align HR strategies with business goals. Your experience includes delivering a full spectrum of HR support, from compensation practices to performance management, ensuring that you can effectively advise on various management issues. You embody Apple's culture and core values, championing diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Your passion for helping others succeed drives you to discover and develop talent, making you a key player in maintaining Apple's innovative edge.

You understand the importance of coaching and culture in an organization. Your foundational knowledge in organizational development allows you to effectively partner with business leaders, aligning on the People strategy to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
