What you'll do

In this founding People Business Partner role, you will partner closely with leaders to coach managers through various people challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs that enhance managerial skills and promote accountability. You will work collaboratively with leadership to identify performance gaps and create strategies to address them effectively. Your role will involve hands-on support, ensuring that managers feel equipped to lead their teams successfully.

You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of the organization by promoting best practices in people management. This includes creating resources and tools that help managers navigate their responsibilities and foster a positive work environment. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing team that aligns with Curri's mission and values.
