You are a hands-on, builder-minded People Business Partner with a passion for developing confident and capable people managers. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to create practical manager trainings that work. You have experience coaching first-time managers through real-time people challenges, strengthening performance and accountability within teams. You understand that there isn't a perfect playbook for this role, and you are excited about the opportunity to help create one from scratch.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with leaders across the organization. You are adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable people practices that foster high performance. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of a growing organization and are committed to making a real impact on the team's success.
What you'll do
In this founding People Business Partner role, you will partner closely with leaders to coach managers through various people challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs that enhance managerial skills and promote accountability. You will work collaboratively with leadership to identify performance gaps and create strategies to address them effectively. Your role will involve hands-on support, ensuring that managers feel equipped to lead their teams successfully.
