Who you are

You have over 12 years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner, demonstrating your ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Your experience includes a rotation in Organizational Development or a Project center of excellence, which adds depth to your understanding of HR practices. You embody Apple's culture and core values, championing diversity and inclusion in every aspect of your work. Your effectiveness in coaching and culture-building makes you a key player in fostering a supportive environment for employees. You possess a foundational understanding of HR principles, enabling you to provide comprehensive support to various teams within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to align on the People strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives support the overall goals of the organization. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support, educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include advising on various management issues and supporting employees in their professional growth and development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Apple's innovative culture by helping to build and retain extraordinary talent.
