Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, with experience in developing and sustaining high-level relationships with clients. Your ability to understand clients' brands, competition, and challenges allows you to anticipate changing business priorities and optimize account growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales performance analytics and achieve targets.

You possess a working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software, which you leverage to build and manage your sales pipeline effectively. Your demonstrated ability to persuade and influence clients and stakeholders is complemented by your commitment to staying abreast of the latest sales methodologies and best practices in the industry. You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of how to attain sales targets.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Cision, you will take a lead role in supporting and driving growth in assigned accounts. You will develop and foster high-level relationships with clients, serving as a trusted consultant to their leaders and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include proactive new business development and right-selling appropriate services and products to clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed projected sales targets.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, using this insight to optimize account growth strategies. Your role will involve planning, executing, and reporting on sales performance analytics, allowing you to track your progress and adjust strategies as necessary. You will also stay informed about the latest trends and tools in sales, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible service to your clients.
