You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in strategic roles that align people initiatives with business goals. Your understanding of organizational development and employee engagement is deep, allowing you to foster a high-performing culture. You have a proven track record of leading HR teams and driving talent management strategies that support operational effectiveness.
You are skilled in counseling and coaching talent, ensuring that performance management processes are effective and inclusive. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and engagement, making you a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You understand the nuances of working in a technology-focused environment and can navigate the complexities of talent strategy in such settings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish robust alignment between the company's overarching business objectives and strategic people priorities. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. Your focus will be on driving the talent strategy for the technology organization, ensuring that it supports organizational effectiveness and fosters an inclusive culture.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and play a critical role in shaping the company's vision and operational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and performance management, as well as counseling and coaching leaders across the organization.
What we offer

This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with part of the time spent in the New York City office and part working remotely. The compensation for this position ranges from $192,000 to $252,000 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits and participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program.
