Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. You are well-versed in administrative tools and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage calendars, book meetings, and arrange travel efficiently. You are a collaborative team player who is eager to learn new skills to support the needs of the department. Your attention to detail ensures that documents, reports, and presentations are prepared and edited to a high standard.

You understand the importance of maintaining organized filing systems, both digital and physical, and are adept at managing data effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administrative needs for the equity research team, which includes scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and planning events. You will prepare agendas and help with expense management, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled smoothly. Document and data management will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will prepare and edit various documents and maintain organized filing systems.
