You have 3+ years of experience in deal desk operations, order operations, or revenue operations, and you understand the intricacies of sales processes and approvals. Your attention to detail is exceptional, allowing you to drive accuracy and urgency within the sales organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations. Your analytical mindset helps you identify areas for improvement and streamline processes effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will review, restructure, and process requests for sales quote approvals, order form updates, and client concessions in a timely and consistent manner. You will actively engage with various teams to facilitate communication and ensure that all requests are handled efficiently. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial as you support the sales organization in achieving its goals. You will also contribute to expanding the global coverage footprint of the Deal Desk team, supporting accelerated revenue growth for ClickUp.
