Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Named Account Executive to manage a focused set of accounts and drive growth in the Seattle area. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to work with large companies in North America.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts and driving growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you understand the nuances of working with large enterprises and can navigate complex sales cycles with ease. You are motivated by results and have a strong desire to help customers succeed by providing them with the best solutions available. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

You are adaptable and thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage your time effectively while staying focused on your goals. You are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the industry. You value diversity and inclusion, understanding that a variety of perspectives leads to better outcomes for both the team and the customers.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with cloud services or cybersecurity, is a plus. Familiarity with account management tools and CRM systems will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a focused set of 20-30 accounts, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and retention. You will be responsible for understanding your clients' needs and aligning Cloudflare's solutions to meet those needs effectively. Your ability to communicate the value of our services will be crucial in helping clients achieve their goals while also contributing to Cloudflare's mission of building a better Internet.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our offerings and improving our services. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and tactics.
