Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships within the Service Provider team. You'll work closely with high-value partners in the APAC region, focusing on building and maintaining relationships. You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the technology or service provider sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage high-value partnerships effectively. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.

Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be the driving force behind Cloudflare’s most strategic and high-value Service Provider partnerships — you will work closely with partners to understand their needs and align them with Cloudflare’s offerings. You will develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and enhance partner satisfaction.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that partner needs are met and that Cloudflare’s solutions are effectively positioned in the market. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential as you engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of partnerships — your analytical skills will help you identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of partner engagement strategies.
