You are a solutions-oriented professional with experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering β you understand how to advocate for customer needs while aligning them with technical solutions. Your fluency in German allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support. You are committed to continuous learning and development, eager to expand your skill set in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong understanding of internet technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve business outcomes β your background in networking or cloud services equips you to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with Cloudflare products or similar technologies is a plus β you are familiar with the competitive landscape and can articulate the unique value propositions of Cloudflare's offerings. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy tackling complex challenges that require innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As a Virtual Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process, working alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Cloudflare's solutions can meet their needs. You will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of our platform to potential clients.
You will collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that maximize their business value β this involves understanding their existing infrastructure and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also assist in the development of technical documentation and resources that support the sales process.
Your role will require you to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in internet technologies and Cloudflare's product offerings β you will participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve our service delivery.
