Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales and solutions engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are fluent in Polish and have a good understanding of the Eastern European market, which allows you to connect with clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success. Your curiosity and empathy enable you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the sales process, working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and design appropriate solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of Cloudflare's offerings to potential clients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing technical proposals and responding to RFPs, ensuring that all solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with customer requirements. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on customer interactions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their roles. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption of Cloudflare's solutions, ensuring that clients achieve maximum business value from their investments.
