What you'll do

As a Senior Manager for the French Solutions Engineering team, you will lead a group of Specialist Solutions Engineers and Architects, reporting to the Director of SE team for Southern Europe. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the team's performance and align with Cloudflare's mission to build a better Internet.

You will partner closely with Field SEs and Sales to ensure that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively. This involves mentoring your team, providing guidance on technical solutions, and ensuring that they have the resources necessary to succeed in their roles.

You will also play a key role in shaping the team's approach to customer engagement, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by clients across various industries. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
