What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will engage with some of the most innovative companies in North America, helping them leverage Cloudflare's products to enhance their online presence. You will work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those requirements. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. Your technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and effective use of Cloudflare's services.
