Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role, ideally within the tech industry. Your background includes working with mid-market companies, and you understand the unique challenges they face in adopting new technologies. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are a problem solver at heart, always looking for ways to help customers succeed with the solutions you provide. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you work closely with them to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration when necessary.

Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare products or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and an understanding of the digital native market will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities and are eager to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with mid-market digital native startups, helping them understand how Cloudflare's solutions can enhance their online presence and security. You will conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and provide insights into best practices for implementation. Collaborating with the sales team, you will assist in developing strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements. Your role will involve creating technical documentation and resources to support customers in their journey with Cloudflare. You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge of Cloudflare's offerings and the competitive landscape.
