Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare's products or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with networking concepts and security protocols will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. A background in sales engineering or customer success roles will be beneficial as you navigate the pre and post-sales processes.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will be the technical keystone throughout the entire sales cycle, working closely with enterprise prospects and customers. You will educate and empower customers on the Cloudflare platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage our services to improve their internet applications. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies that meet customer needs. You will also provide post-sales support, helping customers troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of Cloudflare's services. Your technical expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their long-term success.
