Cloudflare is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive the technical sale of their solution portfolio. You'll ensure business value and fit-for-purpose solution design for customers. This role requires strong technical acumen and customer engagement skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales and solution engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your experience in the tech industry has equipped you with a deep understanding of internet applications and network security, making you a valuable asset to the team. You are committed to continuous learning and development, eager to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare products or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with pre-sales processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration when necessary.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the sales process, working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Cloudflare's solutions can address them. Your role will involve creating and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support during the sales cycle. You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and training resources for the sales team.
