Cloudian is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-class technical support to customers. You'll focus on resolving post-sales technical issues and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is based in Manassas, VA.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong customer service orientation and are eager to help resolve technical issues efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Cloudian's products. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.
You are adaptable and willing to learn about Cloudian's HyperStore product to become a subject matter expert. Your communication skills enable you to explain technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring they understand the solutions provided. You are comfortable working on-site at customer locations and are prepared for occasional weekend visits if necessary.
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Engineer at Cloudian, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 post-sales technical support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving software and technical questions efficiently, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions. You will partner with other teams within Cloudian to drive issues to resolution and enhance the overall customer experience.
You will engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide guidance on using Cloudian's object storage solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and enhancements, enabling you to provide the best support possible.
