What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Conduktor, you will be the frontline of customer interactions, ensuring users have a seamless experience with our platform. You will troubleshoot and fix issues, resolve inquiries, and provide expert guidance to users. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer-facing issues and contribute to strategic improvements in our support tools and processes.
