You are passionate about customer satisfaction and are committed to representing the customer’s voice within the organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain customers and drive both revenue growth and product adoption.

You possess a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, allowing you to engage with customers on a deeper level. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are skilled at translating that feedback into actionable insights for the product team. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are dedicated to helping them achieve their goals with Cloudinary's solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey with Cloudinary. You will communicate product capabilities clearly and effectively, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of features available to them. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing training sessions, and offering ongoing support to ensure they are getting the most out of the product.

You will work closely with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in retaining customers and driving product adoption. You will also analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
