What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all things Cloudinary, guiding customers through their journey with our products. You will communicate product capabilities clearly and effectively, ensuring that customers are aware of all features and benefits available to them. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain customers and drive both revenue growth and product adoption. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs, ensuring that our products evolve in a way that meets market demands.
