What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all things Cloudinary, guiding customers through their journey with our products. You will communicate product capabilities clearly and effectively, ensuring that customers are aware of all features and benefits available to them. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain customers and drive both revenue growth and product adoption. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs, ensuring that our products evolve in a way that meets market demands. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, utilizing data and insights to inform your approach. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers from onboarding through to ongoing support.
