What you'll do

As a Customer Support Engineer Intern at CloudWalk, you will go beyond answering tickets; you will understand real problems and solve them end to end. You will work closely with AI agents, which is a key direction for how our support operation continues to evolve. Your role will involve making sure customers leave more confident and capable, directly impacting their experience with our products.
