What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Representative at Clutch, you will be the voice of our online car buying experience. You will manage inbound customer inquiries, responding to a high volume of calls, emails, and SMS messages with efficiency and care. Your role will involve conducting outbound outreach to prospective customers who have shown interest in purchasing a car, providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include following up with leads, answering questions about our services, and guiding customers through the buying process.
