What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Specialist at IDT, you will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the National Retail Solutions product and service portfolio. You will develop a strategic plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in your designated territory, focusing on the Los Angeles area. Your role will involve prospecting for potential customers, securing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and support.
