What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the National Retail Solutions product and service portfolio. This includes point of sale systems, credit card processing, and cash advance services. You will develop a strategic plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in your territory by actively prospecting for potential customers and securing orders. Your role will also involve ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

You will collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall performance. Regularly reporting on your sales activities and customer feedback will be essential to help refine our approach and improve our offerings. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
