What you'll do
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the National Retail Solutions product and service portfolio. You will develop a plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in your territory by prospecting potential customers and securing orders. Your role will also involve ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing support as needed.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate on strategies to enhance customer engagement. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
