What you'll do

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the National Retail Solutions product and service portfolio. You will develop a comprehensive plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in your territory. This includes prospecting potential customers, securing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with small business owners to understand their needs and demonstrate how IDT's solutions can help them monitor and grow their businesses effectively.

You will be expected to maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to convert prospects into customers. You will also collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall sales performance. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals.
