What you'll do
As the Team Lead at Clutch, you will be the face of the company at our first retail location in Bayshore Mall. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer who visits. You will greet customers warmly, assist them with their inquiries, and guide them through the process of picking up or selling their vehicle. Your role will involve ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable, going above and beyond to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers, providing feedback and insights to improve our processes. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture and driving customer satisfaction.
