What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including team recruitment and performance management. You will foster a culture of teamwork and communication to ensure that operational, visual, and customer priorities are met. Your role will involve cultivating genuine customer connections and acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer receives extraordinary service. You will also facilitate product knowledge sharing among team members and uphold stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards to create a compelling in-store experience. You will be responsible for administering performance appraisals and conducting regular check-ins with your team to set goals and provide feedback.
