Codat is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with top commercial banks in the US and Canada. You'll work directly with banking professionals to embed Codat’s Insights solutions into their workflows. This role requires strong customer relationship skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. Your experience includes working with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within an organization.

You are adept at training and supporting users, helping them to integrate new tools into their daily operations. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is key to driving user adoption and satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most important bank relationships, ensuring they successfully adopt and utilize Codat’s Insights solutions. You will engage with frontline users, including treasury managers and relationship managers, to understand their workflows and challenges. Your goal is to empower them to leverage our platform effectively, driving user adoption and client connections.

You will analyze customer usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. By providing training and ongoing support, you will help users maximize the value of our solutions, ultimately contributing to the revenue growth of the banks you support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements to our products based on user needs.
