You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments, where you've successfully guided clients through product adoption and maximized their value from the solutions provided. Your experience includes working with complex customer accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while fostering strong relationships. You understand the nuances of the professional services industry and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with managing large accounts.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies has been key to your success in previous roles. You are commercially minded, always looking for opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive renewals.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Laurel, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for some of our largest and most complex customers. Your role will involve guiding these clients to full product adoption and ensuring they realize the maximum value from our AI Time platform. You will directly own the renewal process, working proactively to identify expansion opportunities that align with our customers' evolving needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in our offerings. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and influence product enhancements. You will also be responsible for conducting regular business reviews with clients, showcasing the value delivered and identifying areas for further engagement.
