You have experience in customer success management, ideally within the eCommerce or subscription industry — you understand the nuances of customer retention and the importance of delivering exceptional service to drive growth. You enjoy diving into technical details and translating complex concepts into actionable strategies for merchants. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your analytical mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Desirable
Experience with subscription-based business models or eCommerce platforms is a plus — familiarity with Shopify or similar tools will help you hit the ground running. A background in data analysis or metrics-driven decision-making will enhance your ability to drive results for your clients.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Recharge, you will own a portfolio of growth-stage merchants, ensuring they successfully leverage our platform to enhance their subscription businesses.
