You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for senior-level roles across diverse functions such as Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, and Legal. You understand the nuances of each department and can tailor your approach to attract the best candidates. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage a full lifecycle recruitment process effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You are a proactive recruiter who takes the initiative to source top talent, utilizing various platforms and networks to identify potential candidates. You are comfortable using recruitment tools like Ashby to manage recruiting funnels and maintain organization throughout the hiring process. Your ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders is key to your success in this role.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building diverse teams that reflect a range of perspectives. You believe that a strong team is built on collaboration and communication, and you are dedicated to fostering an inclusive hiring process. You are results-oriented and understand the importance of metrics in evaluating the effectiveness of your recruiting strategies.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for senior-level positions across various non-engineering teams.
