What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of Compliance at Coinbase, you will lead a team responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class support across multiple customer segments. You will execute Compliance controls in alignment with Coinbase’s BSA/AML program, ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various teams to identify compliance risks and implement effective solutions. Your role will involve analyzing compliance processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization. You will participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure that compliance considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape while supporting its mission.
