Your proactive approach to problem-solving and program ownership ensures that you can build and improve compliance programs that meet the needs of the organization. You are skilled at providing guidance to third-party support operators and are committed to fostering a culture of compliance within your team.

What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of Compliance, you will take ownership of critical Customs and Trade Compliance projects and programs, working closely with the Compliance Manager to align on strategic initiatives. You will lead compliance initiatives, ensuring that all programs are developed and executed in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related issues and drive improvements in processes and systems.

You will be responsible for triaging major escalations and providing timely resolutions to compliance challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that compliance objectives are met. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members, helping to build a strong compliance culture within the organization.
