What you'll do

As a Counsel, Commercial (Institutional Legal) at Coinbase, you will provide legal support to the Institutional Legal team, focusing on U.S. markets and professional trading clients. You will draft and negotiate contracts with banks, brokers, and hedge funds, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your role will involve advising on legal risks associated with new products and services, as well as providing guidance on regulatory compliance.
