What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the diligence and risk assessment processes for Column's fintech partners. You will conduct thorough reviews of potential partners, assessing their compliance with regulatory standards and identifying any risks associated with the partnership. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective onboarding processes that exceed regulatory expectations. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of the regulatory landscape, ensuring that Column remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and documentation related to partner compliance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to streamline processes and enhance the overall partner onboarding experience.
