Recharge is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to support top merchants with consultative guidance and strategic growth recommendations. You'll build trusted relationships and help merchants unlock the full value of the Recharge platform. This role requires significant experience in customer success management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you've developed strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand the importance of aligning with business goals to drive success. Your consultative approach allows you to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each merchant, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at guiding clients through the adoption of new features — your ability to share best practices and insights helps merchants maximize the value they derive from the Recharge platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of top-tier brands, acting as a strategic advisor focused on driving measurable outcomes. You will align closely with merchants' business goals, providing consultative guidance and product expertise to help them grow their subscription businesses. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they unlock the full potential of Recharge's features.

You will guide merchants through the onboarding process, helping them adopt best practices and optimize their use of the platform. By analyzing data and providing actionable insights, you will support their growth strategies and drive customer retention. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to address any challenges that arise and ensure a seamless customer experience.
