Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are passionate about transparency and data-driven decision-making, which aligns with CompStak's mission to revolutionize the commercial real estate industry.
Desirable
Experience in onboarding processes and customer success strategies would be beneficial. Familiarity with data analytics tools or platforms that enhance client engagement is a plus. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve member experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with CompStak's most valued members, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from onboarding through to adoption. You will collaborate with the National Director of Strategic Accounts to develop strategies that enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular check-ins with members, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work closely with the product team to relay member insights that can inform future developments. Your role is crucial in helping CompStak achieve its mission of providing accurate and transparent data to the commercial real estate industry.
